Person A scams Person's B Pumkin in RuneScape. ($120? USD)

Person B posted PROFF OF SCAM.

Person A is popular and gets slapped with a TWC instead of a ban.

Now I am NOT talking about the scam itself. I honestly don't care. But at the same time... Why hasn't the staff took action on person A?

I am pissed because the staff shows softness(?) towards "rockstar" members. Bullshit, if this is the case, unban all the scamming members in give them TWCs.

Either the report in hand doesn't provide enough evidence, or the "rockstar member" as you put it has counter evidence proving a considerable amount of the first evidence being either biased or falsified.

 

We treat all members the same (to an extend). Please state which member/case you're talking about so we can clear up any doubts.

I'm not talking about the second scam report where it was obvious faked but Person B admitted to not sending money. And if he sent the money where the fuck is the tracking id?

After he sent the money which is bullshit. He couldn't give up a tracking id. It doesn't take 2 months to ship something. Hell it doesn't take 2 months to ship an item to the moon.

He needs to refund the pumkin. End of Story.

I assume if he doesn't provide proof of payment he will be banned, plznate wouldn't scam. Obviously just some misconceptions and communications.

 

He admitted it in his reply thread, then he made a new one saying that he sent the money. 2 months later the victim still isn't paid.

Let me go out and scam a pumkin and see how fast I get banned. Or I might just not get banned if I kiss enough ass, donate $25 of the $120 I stole and gain EU.

But the bottom line is... You guys should banned him or make him refund because he hasn't paid the seller. It's been more than enough time.

You don't know much about the case as such shouldn't be making false accusations. Plznate has tried to pay and is currently waiting for Sebben to give him details on a new method as the old one wouldn't work out.
