Hi sythe

-was banned for sharing account on sythe.
-my ip's doesnt match any other person/persons on sythe
-it was a troll (Doesnt state it's against the rules)
-i didm't waste anyones time (i just wanted plznate to report me and look like a idiot)
-I am the one that looks like the idiot now since im banned.
-Can i please be unbanned.

 

You've trolled in the past and admitted to using proxies. I don't want to believe you anymore.

 

I do believe him and think you should unban him and give him a final chance. If any trolling/misbehaving occurs, just ban him right away. Absolutely your call though.

 

Unbanned but this is your final warning. Anymore trolling/suspicious activities and you'll remain banned.

 

To be quite honest, whether or not he was trolling (personally I don't believe that), how is he meant to prove that he wasn't? I could go around the forums admitting to everyone that I DDOS people all the time, I post CP on other forums, I phish accounts, etc etc... but then when it comes to me being banned (purely by my own posts, no other proof), then I could just say "I was trolling" and then I would be unbanned? If this is the case, then Jethr0x could come back for instance, and just post a thread saying "I was trolling to mess with the moderators"- would HE be unbanned?
Simply stating you are trolling is not acceptable reasoning in my opinion.

 

Each case is different and in his case we're able to check his IP's for legitimacy.

I checked them and they were all from the same location, however, I did notice one to be from a different country. If anyone wants to add anything feel free.

Edit: I've banned him again until this is settled.

 

He doesn't deserve a second chance, we already let him off once for trolling and he seems to think it's funny to troll about something so serious.

I didn't look much into the scammed account case, but if what plznate says is true then he'll remain banned. I've got to go at the moment though, so I'll update this tomorrow (unless anyone wants to take over).

What proof leads you to believe so? As this could sway the dispute either way...

 

He added me on msn and openly admitted this. He openly admitted this to plznate, and I recall seeing a scam report that tmoe (I think?) made in which PLP openly admitted to sharing his account.

Looking back on this all, it seems extremely obvious to me that he was trolling. Nobody in their right mind would go around saying "I'm breaking the rules, perm me, please."

 

Well, quite frankly I think he's a waste of time, a stupid troll and is undeserving of an unban.

He trolled again even after Jimmy let him off with a warning.

I feel the ban shouldn't be lifted. If it is lifted, he should get a TWC and a market ban, or something along those lines.

Trolling isnt against the rules,i've seen people do it millions of times,honestly you know well enough.

if someone goes around saying,i scammed 1 billion $ from sythe and their a admin,why would they do that?when they can get more..?
