Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Sold OSRS account for increment payments, customer changed his discord name so I lost communication with him and changed password for OSRS account because it was not yet paid in full. Now I save more information like discord UIDs to prevent cases like this.

You've had a good trading history throughout your time here outside of this report, and this was your only slip up that I'm aware of, so I don't have an issue supporting this. If you were a threat you wouldn't have refunded imo, but in the future I'd suggest trying to get in contact with him first and if you're unable to as you said or want a second opinion on the situation, then feel free contact a staff member for advice on resolving it/moving forward.
