    Explanation of the trade:
    I had bought the following skills:
    1. Hunter 61-71 via birdhouse Smithing 70-80 via blactfurnace gold Cooking 70-90 via wines RC 35-60 via lava Firemaking 70-90 via burning logs Craft 72-85 battlestaffs Thiev 70-75 blackjack mining 68-70 via power mining Fletch 72-85 Herblore 78-90
    For these skills i paid 14m+45m+ 181m

    The payment was taken on 10/22/22 by Sparta boosters and then given to the worker Sett, he started that day. 36 hours later I asked for a update as nothing come in, no bank updates, no daily level updates. 10/24 I get my first daily update and Eslam ( The founder of Sparta Boosters) informs set to start doing his updates. Nothing on 10/23 and a update comes in on 10/24. Next update I get is on 10/26. At this point its starting to get sketchy, not a single bank update for 6 days and spastic updates, I'm thinking he's only worked 3 days.

    10/29 Sett informs me that the bank is cleared and the last login was 3 hrs ago. At this point I'm beyond pissed there was sporadic updates, no bank updates and 3 days later all of a sudden the account is wiped. Sett confirms that before the account was cleared it had 510m on it, from the start of it having 560m. Immediately I notify Eslam that I had not logged into the account since the start of the service nor does anyone besides Sett and I know the password. Eslam responds with holding Sett accountable and stating he plans to pay me Sett's deposit and this will be taken care of.

    10/31 Eslam refers that everything will go through another staff worker named Adam. Nothing will be done unless Adam deems it so. Then I begin talking with Adam and plead my case. Adam brushes this off and takes Sett side because he is a "trusted worker". For context Sett has less than 2 months with Sparta, has a 500m deposit, has 577m in earnings. I answer all of Adams questions and Adam is stating that I will not be given the deposit unless "proof I got scammed" was shown. I ask Adam how do I prove I was scammed then, he then proceeds to keep state "I cant share info which may case bad use / scamming;", "think outside the box, this isnt for me to prove, you go figure it out", " Go ask your friends". Within an hour he deleted this chat where him and myself discussed this.

    To make matters worse, I ask for a refund of the remainder of the services totaling 137m. Adam goes onto say we dont give gp back for canceled services. Im beyond livid, its bad enough im scammed 500m, now i cant even ask for a refund for the remainder of the order. I ask Adam "where is it mentioned that we can not cancel services for gp, its not written in the terms of service"? He goes onto state "its not mentioned, but you still cant get it canceled for gp after the job started, you coulvde asked (smiley face)". Its bad enough I'm scammed 500m and having no way to prove this and now they wont even cancel the remainder of the order after I get scammed. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed.

    11/1 So I take Adam's advice and ask 2 friends who are also staff members in Sparta. They both are bewildered Im having to go through this. One messages Adam and immediately after adam messages me stating this is my last warning and if i claim to be scammed without proof (proof that he wont say what it looks like) i will be reported for mis-reputation to We Do Raids and to Runewatch. Disgusting.

    One friend, Heart asked to be added to the ticket and asks Adam about what is "proof of being scammed" or what is he looking for, as Heart is genuinely curious to what Adam's looking for. Adam proceeds to give him the same answer " I cant share info which may case bad use / scamming", "thank you for understanding", "the rest of the conversations in this ticket will be current services being performed only".

    Some context about me as well: I have over 1.7b in services with Boostfiy Services, 700m with Virt Gold Services, $750 and 1b in services with MyPvm. I also have over 4-5B in splits with We do Raids. I have trusted these services with over 2B on my account and never had any instances. Never have I been treated so poorly and bad by and service provider. At this point i have already wrote off the 500m I was scammed and the 100m in services I have given up. My goal is to let others know of what I had to go through. Hopeful Sparta can be held accountable.

    Thank you for your time. Sorry if the SS's are out of order, I had them named so I could know which is which. Please let me know if any more SS are needed, I'm fairly confident their messages or this skilling chat will be deleted very shortly after this posting. They had already deleted one chat where adam and I conversed.

    How they scammed: The Worker Sett cleaned out the account and left it with basically nothing.

    Everything said above is true excluding that mining was by motherlode, Adam took responsibility of the ticket as he was the first one to respond, After welcoming Kevin he listed all the services he'd like to be done, Then they agreed on a price, We have given him 10% discount as a generosity gesture of Sparta, The trade was made by one of our staff to collect the money, As always once the money is collected it'll be posted to the workers (Warriors) The first to claim the order gets to work on it.


    The payment was taken on 10/22/22 by Sparta boosters and then given to the worker Sett, he started that day. 36 hours later I asked for a update as nothing come in, no bank updates, no daily level updates. 10/24 I get my first daily update and Eslam ( The founder of Sparta Boosters) informs set to start doing his updates.     The payment was taken on 22/10/22 by one of our staff and the worker doesn’t get it until the ticket is completed, As I have mentioned above the worker who claimed this ticket was Sett, He started working on the ticket and sending a general updates of the levels and sometimes level by level (Although Kevin said "Oh no need for every level lol everyday works"), *I should stop at this point mentioning that Kevin is trying to mislead the truth claiming that the worker only worked for 2 days while he has seen all the levels and progression made by the worker (I will add the file to this reply for your review).*
    10/29 Sett informs me that the bank is cleared and the last login was 3 hrs ago. At this point I'm beyond pissed there was sporadic updates, no bank updates and 3 days later all of a sudden the account is wiped. Sett confirms that before the account was cleared it had 510m on it, from the start of it having 560m. Immediately I notify Eslam that I had not logged into the account since the start of the service nor does anyone besides Sett and I know the password. Eslam responds with holding Sett accountable and stating he plans to pay me Sett's deposit and this will be taken care of.

    On 29/10/22 Sett informs us that the bank is cleared as it was found at NMZ, Last login was 3 hours ago and he didn't mention that the account had 510m before he logout
    *The 3rd misleading information provided by Kevin*, But he mentioned that the account had below 500m as Kevin started arguing about it since "Sett didn’t work and he only worked for 3 days.", Kevin started to ping Staff as one of him told him not to worry and another staff will take care of everything, Eslam came in to calm him down by reminding him that we always require a deposit from the worker which covers customer's bank value, so why would the worker risk his job, 560m, + 180m ticket value, one week of effort and his reputation ?

    As Adam took responsibility, it means Adam must handle it, Directly Adam opened 2 Support tickets individually with Sett and Kevin, He heard both sides of the story, I have seen him patiently waiting Kevin's replies for hours trying to help him until Kevin started to mislead the truth and claiming unreal things, in addition to that Kevin once has mentioned how much the account had which makes him considered a liar as he "Wasn't logging in to the account" then how would he know that? if the 3Hrs last login wasn't by him (as he have said)? In addition to this he insist on that the account had more than the amount of money he has mentioned on the first time before starting the ticket which is 560m. *He kept giving misleading information, claiming, and disrespectfully accusing Adam isn't helping him and asking for another staff to take responsibility.
    Patiently Adam just continued to handle the ticket is the best way could ever anyone handle the ticket by Welcoming Kevin every time, Making him feel safe and nothing wrong will happen, answering all the questions and giving him a response on the same time without any delays, every 5-10 mins Adam kept sending "If you have any further questions I'll gladly answer them", "I'm here to help you" and other more to make Kevin feel safe, even Adam has shared private information about the worker and worker's TOS with Kevin.
    On the other hand Kevin kept evading answering Adam's questions, Denying everything Adam says even though Adam has told him from the beginning that he cares first about the customers and then anything else and he's here to help him with everything, in that way everything Adam has said was a fact which could be proved.
    Mentioning everything Adam have said, Started first of him informing Kevin that Sett/Ameen is one of our best persistent workers, He had been with us for months, including that he had positive feedbacks he has been Trusted for more than that.
    in addition to that Sett had 560m deposited held until the order is complete, which means he cant claim it back until he gets my approval on this, He tried to explain to him that Sett worked for 7+ days on the ticket and its almost done, why would he waste that long time and effort he put on the account and the 185m (order value) including the 560m deposit he had to take less than 500m, Adam kept explaining everything to depth, like why it’s a lose-lose situation for Sett, Including him losing his status, His reputation which will cause him getting banned and won't be accepted in any other discord service servers and lastly he'll be reported in RuneWatch, All of the mentioned things he'll be losing to "Scam" 500m which is less than his deposit, Kevin didn't reply to this and he kept saying that he was confident he'll get the deposit back.
    Adam kept replying to everything Kevin has asked including the irrelevant questions and exposing private information as I have mentioned above about the Worker and the worker's TOS, but Kevin wasn't ready to read them and he kept making up of his own thoughts sentences and things that Adam didn't say including sending that to me and I have told him once that he must stop saying things Adam didn't say.
    now about the last question of how you could prove the scamming, Adam is allowed not to expose the answer as many people will be using it to miss with service servers and scamming, but as you know we offer the following:


    1. Streaming option, and you could even notice that we had some streams in the voice channels.
    2. Asking for update whenever you want.
    3. Generally and randomly one of the staff asks the worker for an update Screenshot or even to stream.
    4. You had an option to ask the worker to hop off so you could login and check if everything is ok.


    Lastly, your chat wasn't directly deleted and Adam has asked you for over 25 Times if you had any further questions, and on the last 1 hour when he hasn't seen no reply of you he asked for the last time while you haven’t replied so he had to close, in addition to this you have always mentioned when you'll be gone and back ("I will be on hills", "I'm heading to work", "I'm on a break") and I have seen Adam patiently waiting for you for hours, So he closed it after you haven't replied to him within an hour and you had no promises to come back.

    Although Adam has believed you as you have said "its not written in the terms of service", *another time Kevin is misleading the truth and making claims and as you can see below that in our TOS Rule number 3 we have mentioned about this thing.* ,But he could deal with it and after considering the job has been started and it has been more than 1 week then I see nothing wrong if Adam didn’t accept your request.
    I should mention that Adam believed Kevin and didn't notice that we already have this Rule in TOS:


    3. If you wish to request for a refund with reason once your service has started, please use ︱support-ticket for this. If a request for a refund is approved by one of our @STAFF you will only be refunded for the remaining kill count of the order.

    The TOS is from 19/08/22 Which means there was no TOS change and It's just that Adam missed that point because he really believed you and on everything you have said, but he could professionally handle it, In fact that he worked according to the TOS when you asked to transfer all the service value to mining and he has done this for you, In that way I don't see anything wrong about these.

    I wake up the next day receiving messages claiming stuff and same for other staff, which made Adam decided to work according to Sythe rules:

    Everything else mentioned either has been answered or not irrelevant, Because Splitting and being a good player doesn't really give you any vouch because it's a must.
    lastly as Kevin has mentioned above all the amount of money and cash he has spent on services which means he shared his account and passwords with too many other service servers any of them could access his E-Mail or even download 3rd party plugins which tracks the passwords.

    1. The posted imgur link for the levels below are taken from a runelite album archive. Why did you not also check the recent trades on the worker's computer to confirm he didn't scam? Why are you posting the images rather than a screenshot of updates from the server if I was updated? I was not updated, and these levels are not consistent with someone playing regularly for 7 days.

    2. What is this ridiculous policy where the client has to prove he hasn't scammed? Your worker was working on the account during hours while I was asleep. Are you saying the client must go into a stream and watch the worker 24/7 for the deposit to be valid? I did ask for updates as well, as shown in my screenshots of our ticket and they were not provided. What is YOUR proof that Sett did not steal the bank value of the account after he completed 2/7 days of the easiest skills in the ticket, then gave an update in the ticket that my whole bank value was cleaned when only myself and him have access.

    3. You state my bank value is not worth 560m, yet you just posted an image showing Sett posting a deposit of 560m. Why would you have Sett post a deposit of 560m if the bank is not worth that? I have also posted ss that sett only deposited 200m, his wallet had 298m which is how he got started for 500m. In the Imgur I also posted SETT himself has said the bank was 510m this a fact. If Eslam took the time to read the Imgur chats he would see.

    4. The worst thing here: if he has been banned or kicked - you stated that you kept his deposit. Does that mean he stole 560m from me and you took 560m from him and now simply refuse to give it to me? So now the server directly has stole 560m as you've "handled" the worker but now won't give me the deposit?

    5. This entire system on this discord is extremely unprofessional, your manager "Adam" was not nice as you described. He threatened me multiple times as posted WITH PROOF in the imgur link where he states that he'll report me to WDR and RuneWatch for even asking for the deposit back.

    6. I have also now been kicked from both tickets and can no longer access either. In my Imgur links I have posted everything Adam said as proof of my statements. Eslam has shown no evidence.

    Both parties have responded privately, nothing will be required to be repaid for the loss of the bank. Though, please refund anything leftover from the order back to the op @Sparta Boosters .
    Why the bank will not be refunded-
    1. The customer first mentioned that the account had 1bil on the account, the workers asked him to reduce the value. Customer reduced it by half, but said he didn't know what else was in there that was causing the value increase.
    2. Customer mentions multiple times of the value of the bank throughout the order-
    3. Bank is stolen by someone, customer mentions that he was the original owner of the account and no-one has ever had access to the account and that is must of been the worker.
    4. Verified with customer that he was the OO, claims he only had one Sythe account. Found an alternate Sythe account of his looking for the same type of account of which he used for the service. This would lead to the fact that the customer could be lying about being the OO, as he was searching for the same account of which he used for the service.
    5. Confronted the customer, he admitted to buying the account, leading to him lying about not only being the OO, but also not having another Sythe account. This was important in the case because if he's caught lying about these two factors, its unknown of what else he would lie about.
    I'm terribly sorry if you were indeed scammed here @TheOnlyKevin12 , but its vital that you tell the truth when reporting someone, because you lose credibility when you are caught in a lie. Additionally, Sparta asked you to remove the wealth, but you decided to keep wealth on the account. Again, please refund the customer for any uncomplete services, when this is done please let me know thanks!
