Very nice guy. Very professional. I looked at several scam reports where he was the moderator in charge of handling them and he did a great job breaking down every report to reach a fair middleground for both parties.

I know that the staff in here did not wanna touch the report against me with a 10 foot pole due to the fact that I tend to write essays in my defense when I feel I'm wrongfully accused of something. But he was the one to fix it and resolve it. And for that I am grateful.
