This is concerning Jonas1989
He threatens to have me banned when i ask for a refund and threaten to chargeback for something that was completely out of my hands.

He then mocks me by saying "What are you going to do?" Acting like i'm shit out of luck and he intended it.

He then threatens to remove his "screenshots" of me threatening to call my creditcard company. if i don't chargeback.
I informed him yesterday that i haven't had the account in my possession since the 22nd he then tells me that i'm lying and that i'm just trying to scam him for a refund and the account.

Account hasn't been logged in on for 4 days. AS I TOLD HIM.
Now that it's disabled he claims that he has done no wrong and should be able to keep all the cash.
He states on his thread that if it's disabled he has no right to refund which i think he shouldn't be able to do because he gets the cash and i get nothing and i have no way of gaining it back. The original email is completely useless.

This is why any disclaimers should be disallowed, in my opinion Jonas should replace the account seeing as it was disabled when bought not after buying.

I told him i had no access to the account though. Ask him about that.

 

If he sold you the account and then the account got disabled then it should not be his fault as you could have gotten it disabled yourself and just want a refund. Retrieved accounts are a different story.

When you first logged in was it disabled or not?

Edit: I have cleared it up with Jonas, Jonas is not at fault for an account that was disabled almost a week later.

Since the account got disabled after you bought it, it's not his fault. You also chargedback the money. Please refund Jonas within 2 days or you will be banned (error74).

First i told him it was recovered. He refused to believe me. I then told him that it was disabled after i recovered it through the OE.

Chill out. It's no one's fault the account was disabled. Also, If you don't chargeback there is no need to ban you. Just follow the simple rules.
