Lots of irl factors can affect your decision to stop scamming. You can say you won't scam all you want but maybe one day you're down bad gambling and u decide to make a quick buck by offering to sell someone your collection of 10m monkey nuts on osrs
If you want to trade again should just pay off your debts and request a pardon like everyone else
BTW people who try to ban evade before requesting a pardon clearly aren't sorry for what they did and will just scam again

 

These aren't unnecessary risks though. These are people who are trying to prove themselves. If someone requesting a pardon is serious about getting unbanned then I don't see why they would ruin that chance when they could just ban evade and scam that way?

 

I quickly glanced over your pardon request which seemed to have 60 (???) accounts listed with a good 1/4th of which have been banned for multiple cases of scamming, attempting scamming, ban evasion, fake vouching, and account purchasing.

Maybe this is just me but that seems like a crazy amount of instances of rule breaking and it'd make sense for there to be quite a delay before wanting to reintegrate someone back into the community so soon. This many offences also shows the potential for someone falling off the deep end and going through great lengths to be malicious.

DNT's aren't handed out lightly, and there is already a pardon system in place. Prove you've changed and the rest will fall into place. DNT's are ultimately placed onto users to protect the rest of the community, and the initiative to change/fix the situation is in the DNT'ed users hands.

If you're growing impatient to the point where you feel the need to make nitpicked suggestions for your benefit, perhaps a pardon isn't for you.

Wanna know how you will prove you changed after 3 years after your 9th pardon being denied if you will still come back and make 10th pardon that will prove that you really wanna return.

To put it short, a dnt rank is there for a reason to post a pardon to get accepted or denied, a twc is a completely different rank where you can still trade which completley contradicts the dnt rank. How would a dnt be given a trial period to trade without their pardon being accepted? It literally says DO NOT TRADE.

 

I'm sorry but no. I can't agree with this, in your case in particular you've admitted scamming, evasion, and self vouching. You have an entire list of usernames and threads against you to boot. I prefer that you prove yourself by properly pardoning and I am not trying to be harsh so don't get me wrong.. But who's to say a user just won't disappear for a year.. Come back and then scam again? Even with a TWC.

 

You guys are right. It was just a dumb thought honestly. I just felt like I am not showing people who I really am through just posting. At the end of the day its not that big of a deal and I can sit through more pardons.

Saying you was a kid in school and had all the time in the world, and then also making threads like this one although it's showing you want to get back to where you once was, isn't reflecting on the person you are now but instead trying to rush the process.

I know you have appealed a good few times, and trust me man I know it sucks donkey balls. I've been IP banned on OSBot for example, I had 1063 feedback there while I was growing my shit here you know? I was a mod and everything, all wiped so I have to restart lol. I ain't got time for that now days, but i'm still there people still know me and who I am and people will do the same for you, we need to get you out of this meme situation where it's like right I gotta be back and just be back when you're back.
