[CDT] The future of MOTM and bi-monthly

As you might know it's been a while since the CDT has posted a bi-monthly.
We've had a discussion within the CDT and have come to the conclusion that both bi-monthly and MOTM (member of the month) have lost it's charm and are too frequent.
We've therefore decided to decrease the frequency.

MOTM will become a quarterly event starting in 2023. The first event will in held the beginning of April.
There are still some MOTM events left! We still have September, October, November and December.
This means that these are the last chance to win a MOTM minirank.
We will implement a new minirank for the quarterly event, making the MOTM minirank discontinued.

Bi-monthly will become semi-anually effective immediately. The first thread will be posted in the beginning of January. The other one will be posted in the beginning of July.


We hope this change will make both events a little more interesting!
