[approved] Require ban reasons/scam amount to be posted for offsite reports

Hey,

I was hoping this was covered with adding "Amount scammed" to the general template but for off-site reports we/I don't really use any template. Perhaps it's an idea to force usage of the template for those reports aswell (just like you do with regular scam reports). My concern here is that with offsite reports we usually just link to the report and that's it. However, considering for example Powerbot went down and I assume eventually more forums will die, we won't have any record of what they were banned for and/or how much and who is owed.

If I'm not mistaken for banned users from Powerbot we have like a set amount of money they have to repay (I believe it's 100$?) to the community repayment fund. While this is a nice temporarily solution, it's also very flawed. Therefore I propose we atleast are required to note down the amount they have scammed for (if any), preferably with ever lasting contact information of the scam victim. The latter will be hard to achieve, however I don't think it'd be hard to note down the amount in dollars.

EDIT: I'm aware of WayBackMachine by the way, but this won't help in all cases.

I just saw something about requiring information of why people are banned for scamming and I support it lol

Then I came across, saw Meats name.... Oh my oh my, I remember when he tried to steal worker funds from me lol claiming "he was entitled to it"
