Dungeoneering=5k exp/hr, 110 days of non-stop playing to get 99

So the skill's been out for over 10 hours and the best person only has 55k exp. I tried it myself, and I got level 6 in 40 minutes. Even at the rate that the best person is going at, it will take over 110 days of non-stop playing to get 99. And jagex decides to give this skill's max level 120, meaning 100m exp, and 2 years of non-stop playing. GF?

 

Not going to lie, i'm not even going to attempt this, i might get 30 for them little coal bags.

But i'm not slaving away again for another over-rated skill.

 

I'm just going to pretend like it doesn't exist.

 

What's the actual point of this skill? I find it extremely dumb myself.

 

What dumb person gave this a max of lvl 120.. yet the other skills stay 99

Jagex is so dumb.. its not even a good skill..

I would of preffered to have a bird watching skill.. and that sounds boring as hell..

 

I think it would be much more enjoyable as a mini game, because it doesn't really introduce any items to the economy so it doesn't very much change the game.

I wouldn't rely on the fact that it's been out for 10 hours to mean that it's 5k xp/hr, I'd give it more time before calculating the fastest xp/hr.

 

Mini Games should not be skills, but a means to a reward. This is one of the worst skills Jagex has made.

 

Some of the rewards are really awesome though.

The bonecrusher looks like it would be a great way of training prayer if you don't want to buy bones.

 

JaGex admitted that they had to keep to a shedule; so they scrapped the other skill they were planning for another time, and made this;

The dungeoneering was supposed to be a minigame; but they made it into a skill because they ran out of time and they had to release a skill or lose money.

I hope another skill (the real one) will replace it soon. (Y)

Sounds really stupid. I was going to try to get 70, (even tho I haven't played rs in a year) so that my account would still be 70+ in all but mehe way to much work, and after logging into rs for 5 minutes it's way to hard to control after playing wow for several months >.<

I haven't logged in, and im not planning too.
Looking at reviews the skill is rated the best for wasting time.

 

I think I might go try this on my main. I haven't on my Pure or Main yet, so doing this on my main would be a much more pleasent experience I imagine.

 

Imo, I made lots of money because of this. People in the normal money grinding places are trying this skill so there is barely anyone there.

 

Really gotta hope that the xp goes up ALOT at higher lvls...
Played atleast 5 hours today and got only to 23 :|

 

I got through 2 dungeons for lvl 3 and quit. Boring unless you had a group of good friends doing it with.
