    [Denied] Increased standards for Service providers

    We need to have more strict standards for service providers, if you are outsourcing an order and something goes wrong you should be held 100% responsible for any loss of wealth, hcim status or account bans etc.

    It is already a rule that you must inform customers that you are outsourcing an order- but I see that not happening on an almost daily basis.

    Not naming any names they know who they are.

    I've always thought this was the case to begin with

    To me it seems logical that if I am to provide a service under my name for any client, I am held responsible no matter what the worker does

    The only issue with this, how can you be sure that the client doesn't make a false report by for example muling his items and saying they were stolen?

    I’d like to get some clarification on the service rule about outsourcing orders.

    Previously, when all the infernal cape drama was happening. It was made known that, as long as the infernal caper wasn’t quoting an order and wasn’t collecting payment, that the job was considered outsourced.

    Does this apply for regular workers as well? Since a Service Provider is quoting and collecting a payment without the worker being in a ticket, is that outsourcing if the worker is doing the work and not us that sold the order?

    I do feel something more could be done in many cases including in the service section. As someone who has been doing this since 2012... I have said this literally thousands of times and each time it has fallen on deaf ears so support from me.

    I don't know the other names, but I know we saw Red recently fuck up something should have been done way before now. It's a shame, because ultimately it's the customers who are affected. I understand in some cases there are delays, I understand in some cases people cant cover what they want in the time they want but as providers we are as we should be liable for any actions and I don't feel letting these things be really sets the right example.

    Look at recently with people such as @davethebig scam quitting and such, people who were also service providers the same with @LightGP etc too, WHO STILL SCAM and their workers who get left behind scam quit and such too. It's just stupid to have all this scamming, outsourcing and just straight up bullshit going on when people should know much better instead of taking advantage of those who don't for a few dollars.

    In all seriousness though, if you don't say you outsource your services and people pay you to do services, then you yourself should be the one to fulfill those obligations. You don't see American businesses slapping "made in America" labels on the products they outsource to China or other third world countries.

    If a customer comes to your discord, pays for a service, and "you" decide to outsource that service, you should be held responsible 100% for any issues, similar to if it was done by you.

    From the customers perspective, they are opening a ticket in your discord, under your brand & the customer is using you because of your credibility. If you then go and outsource the work, regardless on if it's made clear to the customer or not that is happening, and an issue happens, it should be treated the same as if it happened within your own discord.

    If the job was completed successfully, you would expect the customer to leave positive feedback in "your discord" as if it was done by your own workers, not the outsourced providers discord or website. That said, if shit hits the fan, and negative feedback is inbound, you should 100% take it on the chin, and be held accountable for "your actions". It's your decision to take part in outsourcing, and you should hold the responsibility if anything happens, and if you cant, don't outsource.

    If you are taking profit on a job in your business, outsourced or not, you are responsible, that's how a "service" discord works, you are of service. Not, you are of service until something bad happens, that's bad business, and downright shitty.

    - In favor of reprocussions for people who out source, then duck & Dive the blame if shit hits the fan.

    support, I find it ridiculous that a specific service provider can admit to outsourcing without telling the customer, and then it just so happens as he outsources it the account loses 7b.
    Sythe needs to get more consistent with their rulings, right now it feels like they flip a coin to decide how much people owe

    Support not only for this but I also would like a push for more consumer protection, Chicks has had 3? 4? bank wipe reports in the same amount of months and every time all Keeno has to say is
    "we haven't had any issues with this booster in the past" and suddenly they are immune from any fault and staff will just say "oh we can't prove who took it"
