just FYI, Fed had just donated another $50 to Sythe through me which will raise him to $100. Seeing how the donation was not canceled/charged backed, I have sent it forward to Matt/Sythe.

No that is not how donations work.. Just FYI for all out there that lack a clear understanding of the word "Donation". Although you may pick up a few perks, Donations are gifts given without return consideration. This lack of return consideration means that, in common law, an agreement to make a donation is an "imperfect contract void for want of consideration."[1] Only when the donation is actually made does it acquire legal status as a transfer or property.[citation needed] In civil law jurisdictions, on the contrary, donations are valid contracts, though they may require some extra formalities, such as being done in writing.[citation needed]

In short, Fed has completed a chargeback on $100 which means I am the one left hold the empty bag for now. As for Fed, our first battle will be with PayPal which I feel more than prepared to prove based upon msn and Sythe postings that he did in fact make the donation to Matt and Fed did execute in writing the donation he made. If this fails, we will then move to contact his parents seeing how this was way too easy to track them down. If my Grumpy avatar failed to provide you any insight on me, I'm an ass when scammed. In the end, it is my hope to plaster this Scammer's personal info all over Sythe. Fed if your reading this, have a Nice Day!

Lastly and to close the matter... After speaking with a PayPal manager, Fed's chargeback for both $50 donations were denied; case closed. Let this be a lesson for all that make a donation and then feel you'll try a chargeback..
