More market manipulation

While this time I don't believe that @Oracle actually knows this rule (although he should, considering he has been around so long) I think it's worth noting for now I guess in case

@argengoldrs is the other person in the works here and with the recent mention found here - A SCAMMER IN ANOTHER DISCORD WITH OPEN REPORT I feel it's only fair to follow up as there is possibly unknown market manipulation going on

^ This is just a few that can be easily accessed in his most recent bumped posts. Just before it's mentioned that I have a vendetta or something, I do not. I actually quite like Oracle and we have had nothing but decent conversations as far. As said in my opening posts, I do not believe that Oracle knows the rules, but I would like to assume he does and this is just a clear mistake on his behalf and wont happen again.

Both users are also bumping threads, and all is being outsourced to Argengold.

I wont dig down more threads, but I think it's clear that someone either hasn't checked up on the rules, or they didn't think anyone would find out.

1 - I am honestly not sure what rule you're talking about. I don't understand how I'm involved in any "market manipulation".

2 - @argengoldrs is not exclusive to me. Several other servers are outsourcing gold sales to him. He is by no means an admin or any kind of staff member in my server. His permissions start and ends at gold-related tickets. I was under the impression that if two people are running a business (which me and argen are not), they wouldn't be allowed to have separate threads. The only thing I was aware of is that I must declare that these services are outsourced. Which I am clearly doing in the screenshots you provided.
I have several big name service providers here that have their own threads, their own businesses/prices yet they're outsourcing jobs to me and my team. I do always try to tell them to clarify to their clients that the jobs are outsourced. Which is similar to what is happening in this case with me and @argengoldrs.

3 - If there is any rules that I broke, I did not break them intentionally. I do apologize in advance if that is the case and please let me know what I can do to fix it. I will be pausing the bumping on my threads out of respect meanwhile until a verdict / more info is provided by staff.

 

As shown, with you both bumping threads and them both containing him being the vendor of them, that's manipulation of the market and isn't allowed.

I did say I do not believe you knew this rule, and I did in fact link you more information. This means you cannot be bumping threads that will then garner more sales to him because he decided to group with you, and so forth as only one of you can have the threads.

So you don't own the stock, and you're also throwing it out to him which you have openly admitted on your discord server spots (as shown above)

There is a picture of @argengoldrs interactions showing exactly the same. You're not allowed a thread each, as he is the owner of the stock not you. Now instead of understanding or researching the rules more, you are taking this as a hit on you when it's not


Wont respond more to this, already done that enough on Discord trying to establish further information for Oracle. Clearly a waste of time as he is running around in circles and using non-related presentations to try make himself right.

I am truly confused here.
I am selling Gold for different games in here. But instead of me holding this Gold I'm simply outsourcing it to another person. When these clients come in and order through my server, they agree to my TOS. I am responsible for what happens. They get the benefits from my server as in earning discounts and so on. I make profit on each sale just like I would've if I was holding the gold and selling it from my accounts. @argengoldrs is simply freelancing for my brand. And when a sale is done and the client wishes to vouch, they're vouching for my server. This is similar to the infernal services issue that popped up a few days ago: Resolved

@argengoldrs being in my tickets is just to make things more convenient. It seems like this is the main issue here if I am understanding correctly.
I am happy to provide staff with any evidence or answers they might need.

Anyways, if I am breaking any rules here, I do sincerely apologize as it was never my intention to. I am happy to do whatever the staff wants to fix this. If they see the need to ban me, then I will graciously take the punishment.

I woke up and saw this report against me and I was extremely confused as to what rules I was potentially breaking. The screenshots he's posting are small snippets from the discussion that was happening in Sythe discord because I was genuinely confused and tried to point out similarities in other cases when it comes to outsourcing. It is hard to take someone seriously and not dig deeper and try to understand what it is I might be doing wrong. Specifically when this person has been banned several times in the past for doxxing and scamming or whatnot while he knowingly and willingly broke Sythe rules. Kinda hard to take someone like that seriously.

As I've been trying to say, I am not blaming anyone else. I stated the above examples in previous posts because that was my thinking process when I made the newly posted Gold selling threads. I wasn't even aware @argengoldrs had his own threads to begin with. This does not mean I'm saying anyone else is wrong and I'm in the right. I have the right to speak for myself and state what I was thinking and the staff can decide if that is relevant to the report or not. But it seems like @Dbuffed is trying to get me to go back and forth with him and argue this endlessly for whatever reason he may have.
I'll say it again, if there was any rules that were broken I sincerely do apologize. It was not what I intended. I paused my bumping immediately when this came to my attention. I will take full responsibility and accept whatever verdict staff come up with.

Notice, it says "You may only have one thread per market section advertising your goods, services" etc..
- I do not have multiple threads in the same section with the exception of "Other MMOs" trade section which I was told is okay.
- I am also not advertising for anyone else's name, linking anybody else's services in my threads or discord for that matter. The only brand/person I'm advertising for is myself. Which is clear in my threads. In no section of my threads or my discord server am I advertising for anyone else's services.

- If I am in the wrong here, which seems to be the case since that is what the general population of good ol' Sythe Discord community has indicated, the rule specifically states "this rule punishes PURPOSESFUL attempts to gain market advantage". Keyword: Purposeful. Which is not the case here. Because I have complied with the rule(s) that I am being accused of breaking. The evidence is listed above. I also immediately ceased all bumping on my threads including unrelated threads like OSRS services and accounts threads and such the moment I found out about this report to show respect and to prove that I am a rules abiding user of Sythe and if there were any rules being broken, it was simply a misinterpretation and If this user who reported me claims otherwise then it would be nothing else than defamation of character, which he was reported for in the past.

If the staff believe a ban is necessary in this case, then I fully respect their decision. I will accept the L with grace and come back after the ban expires.

First of all get a grip of your emotions, its a general report that would be made by and on anyone. Secondly it isn't about me, so stop grasping at straws trying to mention irrelevant information.

So far you have shown nothing to counter what I have said, and I also mentioned that to you. So please stop spamming the thread with worthless nonsense unless it's actually to help.

 

What happened to “this is the last response”? Stop contradicting yourself over and over again. This is embarrassing.

And stop talking about straws like you work for PETA.

Also, you made your argument already. You’re in no position to dictate whether the information I provide is relevant or irrelevant. That is up to the staff to decide.
