Scammed for 1b

1. I will be posting everything below in a deleted post in order to keep all parties involved anonymous as they have asked me to do so.

 

Scammer's profile link: Not sure. Mainly reporting to request greenlight for an account recovery. Amount scammed: 1b 07 gp. Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Frii#2198 599214327584784395 Proof that it's their Discord: N/A not sure of sythe user connection. Explanation of the trade: Loan scam. How they scammed:
I agreed to loan Frii 300m to deathmatch with and he would give it back if he wins, or if he loses he would send me crypto. He lost and paid me out. Then he asked for 1b. He lost and left the group, blocked me, left the dm server, blocked every mutual friend. Love messaged him on the alt discord as he forgot about it when he saw it leave his EDM Server and asked why the guy scammed. When he woke up the guy had replied with that and blocked him.
You can see in the group chat with us that he never told us he was going to pay back later. He left the group and blocked all of us as well as left the EDM Server for dming which told us we just got scammed for our 1b.
Love sold him an account for $300 which at the time was 1b 07 gp. We are asking him to recover the account but he has told us to open a sythe report and ask for permission from the Sythe admins prior to him recovering it as he does not want issues should he ever venture onto the platform for business himself.
Could you guys please inform us if it is a possible thing Love can do? To recover the account and give us the account instead - and whatever wealth is on the account he will make sure it is returned to Frii. Other relevant trade screenshots:
Streamable Video As you can see proof below that Frii is indeed R66 - verified on both discords that it is him and he is swapping discord accs to keep the Frii one business related and the R66 one for other things. He admitted to love that he scammed as well but "will be paying back later" (why would he block us all)? On 5/19/2022 he confirmed his discord identity to Love on both accounts which he has provided for us.
