Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Hello good and old friend, Accustomed to the way of business in Sythe, when normally the supplier cannot complete the order, we proceed to cancel it and refund it due to the fact that we cannot fulfill it for some reason.

When telling him that I can't complete and cancel the order, which was refunded by the website, he is that angry supposedly because he lost "1$" of commission, which I tried to refund externally, a refund ranging from 3-5 $.

Because reputation is worth a lot there in eldorado, he proceeded to give me a negative and a harsh criticism.

When he calmed down a bit, I suggested doing a 1-50 agility or whatever he was inclined towards.

He toyed with the idea, and he asked me more about that service.
He didn't give me access to his account or any new dealings with me but he didn't deny it either.

In fact 2 days later he came back to me asking if he could do legend quest on his account and I said yes.

Suggestively, he gave me the idea that he was open to me continuing to play with his account. Suddenly I lost communication with him.

With the good intention of doing something for him, I entered his account, to see if I can contact him somehow, I ended up raising an agility 1-40 in his account, I did not touch his bank (I had a bank pin and did not know the key code).

Also there are 2 reasons in this: He says that I am buying feedback from him, actually, I did not want positive feedback, I just wanted it to be neutral, and also like any service provider, which you are too, we always try to compensate somehow to some dissatisfied customer even if he is a stupid brat. Like I said, the kind of client you don't want to have.
