    Selling hacked/illegally obtained accounts with a program
    Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: NulledCIA#9520 + 801437825186529290

    Explanation:

    Admitting he was using a program to obtain these steam accounts: https://i.imgur.com/CuhgQ9i.gif
    This method clearly violates the rules:
    1. The selling of hacked, cracked, or phished accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.
