Sythe Servers

So Sythe, when do you plan to actually care about your servers? They are constantly getting ddos'd, when do you plan to upgrade and avoid these attacks?

Oh that's right, you will just claim that you don't make enough to upgrade, even though ad brite is easily a good thousand a month with this kind of traffic. Then the gold4rs ads $400-$600 a month, then the others will add you up to easily $2k a month. Then if you wanted to really help out, do PayPal donations, and make $4k a month.

What's wrong? Still don't want to upgrade? Oh? You just want a investment?

Well, lets say this...

Downtime means ads don't get to appear, if someone ddos you for 8 hours, you lost probably a good $50 that day. Though if you upgrade, you could avoid these attacks.

 

How about you pay for the upgrade?

Quit complaining, and ban evading. If you don't like Sythe's server/website, then leave.

Because that made sense. Sythe's said it himself, he barely breaks even from the ads. If you want upgrades to the website, pay for them yourself or quit complaining. Also, what 12 year old and what game?

Also, why does it matter what servers Sythe has? You've been excluded from his website more than likely, you shouldn't be coming back.

You can complain and make up numbers all you want, if you'd use that wonderful search button you'd of known this has been answered already.

First off, upgrading would have a very minimal affect on DDoS attacks. Your argument clearly lacks substance pulling numbers out of your ass. Sythe hasn't shown interest in upgrading and for good reason, it's a very pricey investment to upgrade VBulletin.

The downtime is bearable, deal with it.

Look at Google, they have 100s of Servers, all we ask is Sythe creates like, 50. And pays for them, we would never go down and he would make money.

 

And them banning the account you're on now(which they wouldn't) and then banning your other account for ban evading sounds like a good plan.

Point is: Sythe doesn't have or doesn't want to spend the money on a new server. If you want to pay for it, I suggest you PM Sythe himself.

 

Just curious for my own peace of mind... Do you have any "Proof" he is a Ban Evader or are you just breaking the rules?

I'm going to assume your eye sight is fairly bad. He said he had a main Sythe account for selling pins, and his dumbass complaining account(the one he's on), and he said that Finn/Sythe would ban him for this thread, and he didn't want his main account banned, and I pointed out that if that were the case, his main account would get banned either way. Though, Finn or Sythe wont ban him for no reason..
