I will try to include as many public details as I possibly can however any sensitive information will have to be hidden to respect the staff team.

Multiple ex-staff such as myself have concerns regarding an admin. As well as there being active staff that recognize this behavior however do not want to speak up against this due to unwarranted repercussions.

Abusing The Market:
His most recent gross misuse of actions have been using the report system in a way to bully his competition. He's been targeting @Chicks to gain an upper hand in the market.
Currently, Chicks is TWC'd due to @video's multiple reports as well as an @obadias report. TWC
As @Zora mentions, he felt that it's unfair to use deleted reports against Chicks.
Likely because these types of reports go directly against Do not make edit history/private reports

The report video made here is especially concerning as he essentially used his position to target Chicks and requested for others to contact him directly rather than posting their own reports.

In this report, he banned @Chicks as soon as the report posted and changed his mind, however, it's an active decision to ban a user not a mistake unlike what people thought in the discord. https://i.imgur.com/gvwtear.png

Evidence of another @Chicks report that was done with abuse has been sent to Sythe staff. You may have seen it when it was public briefly in January. Unfortunately, it could not be provided here due to evidence being acquired as a staff member.

Who is @Mellie? I recently made a report in RAV since currently, onsite evidence points that it's the same person as @video. You can view the direct thread or its pastebin.
However, it seems extremely unlikely that this is @video but rather @Ember.

I'm not exactly sure why the alternate account besides possibly circumventing an agreement to not poach workers between @video and @Chicks or a non-compete between @Ember and @Chicks.
I've contacted Chicks for more info regarding this and it's being looked into.

Either way this lack of transparency from an Admin and Sectional Moderator is extremely concerning and likely stems from negative intentions.

Severe Incompetence/Abusing Staff Powers:
Unfortunately, most of this I am not able to make public. As you may have noticed, video doesn't handle many things onsite so most of his incompetence/negligence appears behind the scenes.
It's not much of a secret that @video will handle private reports disregarding rule in RAS. This has led to situations where users are upset when a different result is posted due to this negligence.
A private report video handled yet had no proof but decided to use his best friend, the DNT. [Resolved]
Staff reviewing this report can recognize the inadequacy of the proof.
Video's archaic understanding of Sythe isn't acceptable especially if he's using tools for his own pleasure and going against team decisions.
If he likes you enough, he'll surely give you special treatment. Ask @YanLiLi who gave them their march madness minirank.
Honestly though a more serious matter is the one where he'd allow users to break sticky rules. Which @Wortel addressed here: [denied] Require actual service quotes for services
Evidence of his favoritism in this situation has been sent to Sythe staff.

There's far more evidence than I could address that I'm sure any staff member at every rank would likely have recognized by now.
We'd rather increase public awareness regarding this topic rather than waiting for something to happen. I doubt he'd resign with volition. We don't see a reason to have an administrator that rarely completes any administrator tasks and sits on staff for his own gain.

Chicks and I do business together it's actually not in my interest to see them suffer. They have had issues in the past paying myself and others in a timely manner (hence the twc which is now removed) but have since fixed those issues which I am very proud of them for. Any report I made was valid and only made after being unable to collect what was owed to me, which again is no longer an issue.

Viking is bumping a thread I made years ago that has no benefit to me, I believe he's within his right to have an account selling thread and a pmod buying one but if it needs to be removed I'm happy to remove it. I wasn't aware he was bumping it recently but I also don't think he's breaking any rules doing so.

Ember and I were in a call playing a game at the time, she asked if I wanted the gold and I gave her my workers rsn and location. Ember is not Mellie.

I am sometimes provided with evidence against users confidentially, as such I make a "private report" with all evidence available for staff to view as in the report you linked. These reports are made this way to protect the identities of the people making them and the users being reported are never punished without sufficient proof.

One user applied for and received permission to advertise their services in a special way because of the unique nature of their business, this also wasn't something I solely approved it was a decision approved by multiple staff members. If this permission is no longer deemed appropriate or fair it's certainly fine to be removed.

I've been a very rule-abiding admin for years now and a staff member for even longer. I'd hope it's apparent that I am not corrupt and do not break rules for my benefit from my extensive history on this site but I also understand these concerns are serious and should be addressed. I hope I have sufficiently done so

To address your first paragraph, proof of your claims being invalid have been sent to Admins. I'm disappointed that you'd rather blatantly lie even though you're more than well aware I had to confront you regarding inadequate proof. I'm sure other staff members are well aware of this being invalid.

Your threads are your responsibility, by allowing another user to bypass market rules is unacceptable. It's possible you have a benefit to gain here however I don't see you admitting to this. Either way, you're assisting a user to break rules. [Section Rules] Old School RuneScape Accounts

Can you show me you messaging your worker regarding the outsource over screenshare? I have rigid requirements regarding this. If you're uncomfortable, you can do this in a call with admins.

This point as well is similar to the first point, there's been multiple instances where you have inadequate proof. Once again, multiple instances of this occurring has been sent to admins whether it be by me or other staff members.

Proof of this being false has been sent as you know I've confronted you regarding this before. Feel free to substantiate this claim to the other staff though.

I'm sure you were a rule abiding administrator once, however, I think you've gone too far in the deep end to recognize your misbehavior.
