Upgraded iPhones, Lost 2FA

As the title suggests, I recently have upgraded from my iPhone 8 Plus, and reluctantly have lost my 2FA. I do not have the latter in my possession either. My Sythe username is rue, my account was created circa 2010 as well.

As requested here is an internet bill from my new residence, I did not have the previous internet bill in my name at the previous [Redacted] residence. However, if need be I can supply other bills from that previous address or a copy of my license. Thanks
