Dispute TWC

Hello, I would like to appeal the twc that I have, caused by an ip audit regarding a voucher that was made in my profile, the voucher was made by my brother-in-law by mistake, he has worked for me but he is not my worker eventually, obviously we are two people different, but since we are close in life, it was a mistake on his part, it will not be repeated again, I would like my twc to be removed, I will show different old srcenchots with chyno on discord to show that we are different people, they are in Spanish I hope you can understand them and restore the rest of my account, thank you very much and have a nice day.
