The OP asked me to verify this account in-game. Although he refused to answer the basic questions regarding the Runescape player moderator verification process. It's strange because if you're willing to sell an account, I don't know why you wouldn't be willing to leak information.

I asked for this said information in order to confirm he's not just asking a player moderator to say "Hi" to me on my account. I wanted to make sure he knew things mods/ex-mods do, and he apparently wouldn't confirm.
