    Someone stole my account, I got it back, now it has an email registered. How can I get rid of the email?...

    Scroll down to I do not want to receive emails from jagex anymore
    ect.

    it asks for the email registered. I don't know it. I tried his msn and paypal email. Neither.

    You need to contact the Jagex staff and explain your situation. They'll decide if an e-mail removal is warranted, but don't worry! This system, unlike many other Jagex systems, is your friend.

    If you don't know what the registered email is, you won't be able to remove it yourself. No, you don't have to write them a letter and mail it to them. Just send them a message through customer support on the website explaining your situation.

    That's how I removed my last e-mail. You need to email the billing support e-mail address.

    If you go to set a new one, and leave the current email box blank, it will send a code to the email you want to change to, it will also tell you the CURRENT email (so you know what the other person set it as), and if you enter the code from your email the change will take place in 14 days.


    I've looked into it myself, and this is the best solution.

    Wait huh? How does this work? I go to change my email on runescape, leave it blank, it gives me an error, and I wait 2 weeks and they'll send me a code? o_O sounds fake.

    When that happened to me, i just posted on the forums my situation and they cleared my email in like 10 minutes lol.
