Paypal thread.

I think it would help protect from scamming if there was a list of paypal emails NOT to deal with. This way, if someone gets their account banned, they wont be able to make a new account and keep using that paypal, as it is more complicated to make a new paypal&bank account.

+ you dont have to read it all, press Ctrl+F and paste the paypal email your trading with see if it finds it.

You'd need decent proof though when reporting a paypal address.

 

You can add Email addresses on paypal, they don't have to use the same email address all the time.
But you could make the list anyway to try to prevent further "Scams"

much vouches = good trusted, than ur on the paypal list, so it's the same.
than u can better make Trusted member list or something.

I agree although you would have to have enough evidence to put them on the list and have a chance of appealing.

If a person got their e-mail on that list and they had CDN paypal they could just take the money from scammer e-mail (a) and send it to the new scammer e-mail (b) since CDN has a 3.2k spend limit :S

i support. i kinda dont know how to charge back and claim and cancel >.< so i kinda lose money when i shouldnt.

 

What are you going to scam or something? Surely anybody who wanted a little security would want this. If it ruins their privacy so much then they shouldn't scam in the first place.


The only downside i see to this, is the fact that you can make a different email the primary email then delete the old one, essentially giving yourself the same PayPal but different email with no background of the past email even on there. (To my knowledge)
