Account Recovered and he can't get it back.

I was under the impression if any issues ever arose and he couldn’t get the account back that I’d be refunded.

 

I gave him the original email of the account, I said that only he could recover the account with that email, I remember that I also told him that he could not recover the account if I gave him the original email me would not be responsible from none recovery,
I also seem to remember that he had told me that he would train the account keeping the Hcim status and then sell it,
but now that the hcim has died, it has lost a lot of value and wants to recover its money,
I deleted the ticket, but I clicked on Transcript,
and i don't know how to get a copy of ticket

 

I cannot recover the account, if I would have to reimburse, when should I reimburse to him ?

I can't get the account back we agreed terms, there's enough evidence that he's lying
I always have to lose money because of their unfair decisions? It is not the first time this happens,
most people who report me to benefit from me end up scamming other people in the future

If I am going to be banned, I want to make it clear to all my customers reading this that we will not cancel orders that are in process, they will be completed without any issues, and we will not take back any accounts that they have purchased from us
