Caution when dealing with Runrstar

I basically gave Runrstar to get barrows gloves on my GIM and we agreed that itll be done in 2.5 weeks - 3 weeks. He obviously gave me a story as to why he couldn't finish on time and such so I gave him an extra week to finish the service. Tomorrow will be officially 4 weeks and he only completed 110 quests and most of which are easy and short quests.

I also noticed he has a DNT which is why I didnt give him the last day (He couldn't even finish even if he worked 24 hours).

Here is some pictures for our agreement. I unfortunately did pay him 150m for getting exactly half QP (which really isn't half way completed with the services.)

Not only did he waste my time and membership I personally don't feel his service was equivalent to 150m.

I'm not sure what resolution can be achieved but he is unreliable, didn't fulfill the order & has very very poor communication.

 

150m would be about 1/3 of the cost ($120) do you feel that's more accurate or he didn't even complete 1/3?

 

We were doing 150m but .34/m as a rate. So I'd say its slightly closer to the 50% mark. He also mentioned he'd be giving a discounted price as he has to delay it. It's less about money it's more about time. I'm not really looking for compensation more of a warning to others that he's not reliable.
