Have like a check box next to thread when a trade is done

you know so people will stop like spamming or it just tells people dont open the thread because the trade is done

 

or they could
A) Put in a large font in the original post saying "NO LONGER FOR SALE"
or
B) Just ask a mod to close it

 

But if they do that people would still be clicking in their threads

 

Much simpler solution to an already simple problem.

 

Again why the fuck do you guys want to do more work? Its simple just check the box, when they are done just let it die since no one will post . No need to keep PMing mods and have their inboxes all filled up

 

I agree with Gohan, when I buy things, I hate looking at threads that the item is already sold.

I hate how people try to make things so much harder, be open to new ideas once in a while try it, if it doesnt work delete it no harm done.

 

If a mod existed for it, maybe, but everyone wants some mod or another added. They take time to write, can slow down the site, can conflict with other mods, etc. Hence, the simple solution to the simple problem is pretty fantastic for now.

If you can find a pre-existing mod, then maybe it'd be worth looking into.
