I honestly beleive that changing your name will do absolutely nothing. Since you love your name but you are bored with it, it most likely means that you will become bored of the next name you chose. You are only 16 years old and if it takes you 16 years to become bored of a name you will be changing your name quite often in your lifetime.

Everyone bar a few people I know have had a compelling reason for changing their name. For example there was a woman who was being stalked by her ex, and a guy who was disowned by his parents. The two exceptions were homosexual teenagers who were bored of their names, plus you. I bet there's some sort of psychological explanation.

I agree with that. You should get a name that people would probably think would be rediculous to have as an actual name, like the one you said you're thinking of.

This is starting to make me think if I want a different name. I'd like a food name or a bizarre color or something just odd...hm...
