Pointless Questions In Runescape General/Cheating

Well, I hope I'm not the only one annoyed by this.

But every time I check Runescape General or Runescape Cheating, I see the same questions, repeated every single day, and the majority of them, are questions that simply could be answered by Google.

Staged Scenario:

Pointless poster: Hey guys, I have 50 ranged, where should I train?

Google holds many, oh so many, answers to this question, and no point clogging up the forums, with questions that could be found easily.

Except from this, how about the countless threads regarding "The best bot" or other "Rsbots.nets" regarded threads? We got a "Rsbots.net/Autofighter.org discussion thread" for exactly this purpose? Even so, the forum is still filled with these repeated questions, day after day.

A possible solution would be to make a sticky, announcing the newly developed search engine, Google.

Yeah this is true, a lot of the shit for runescape on google is fairly old. The problem with trying to have a discussing on a sticky is there is too many people posting there asking/answering different things, so people make their own thread.

 

Exactly what Gohan said. New methods come out fairly often, and most people want kind of hidden stuff that's good exp, not crowded google training spots.

 

But the answers that people give to those questions are still stuff you can find on Google. In the Example i posted, replies were stuff like, rockcrabs, and so on.

These types of questions are unnecessary and there are many guides on sites such as tip.it or zybez.

Basically, but not quite. If you read you will notice that instead of metioning looking for the answers on Google, I state you should use guides from RuneScape based sites.

Yes but I'm directing them straight to where they need to be, instead of unnecessarily using Google, I'm giving the equivalent of the 'Eco Route' on a Sat nav.
