I pretty much grew up on this website, since I was 10 browsing the net at school - trying to bypass their censorware. It was shut down a few months ago, and I just recently found a cached version. I've found more information from this website than any other so I would like to share it with everyone.

This looks somewhat like the Anarchist's Cook Book. However it does have some practical joke and stuff. Not everything involves making pipe bombs.

 

It's alot more than that. It is specifically a website for raw information. Under bad ideas there is a section for explosives, but there are thousands of sections. You should read under society, it's amazing.

4 sections down, there is a section specifically for "An introduction to Hacking", with plenty of topics to look through and a manifesto which I can't even fit it all in one quote.

Sure, but it isn't fake. It's probably one of the best sources out there.
