It actually looks pretty good . I would lower the opacity on the second render just a bit, and maybe add a bubble c4d? Looks really nice.
You've distorted the main stock too much. Try holding the shift key next time when resizing your image. Avoid using more than 2 main renders, especially if it's the exact same one... a more effective and similar effect would be to lower the opacity of the faded image even MORE and then placing it closer to the main focal, just so it only slightly shows - like a shadow. To be honest you should ditch the existing background and find a better substitute, using blending techniques to help them merge together. Another stock or c4d would definitely benefit you aswell...
The transparent stock ruins it completely. You should put the normal version of the stock where the transparent one goes and add effects from there.
The face looks far too stretched to me. The text is nice but it took me a while to notice it. I like what you've done on v3 with the c4d effects, though it cuts the X in half and a bit of the F is missing.
