I don't think it can really be debatable whether it is right or wrong, this is what i think about about male circumcision as many other people have said it has its positive effects etc. However I think female circumcision is purely up to the female to decide, however I know that since it is done at such a young age they have no choice in the matter. The gift of sensual pleasure was one of the greatest gifts of God, though abused now a days, so taking that away from a female would be wrong. Thats my view of it.

Well it's obviously not the natural way but i don't think it's a bad thing either, though the circumcision rate is going way down these days

I use soap so either way it doesn't matter. I'm glad someone didn't slice at my bud down there because it damn hurt when I cut myself with scissors.

That's true, which is one of the reasons I'm glad that I am. However, I still wish that the choice had been left up to me >_<

It's not like being circumcised is bad... or atleast it hasn't been proven to have any negatives... If anything it has more positives than not getting circumcised.

I have recently had a son, and he is circumsized, I did consider not but after reading up on the pro's and con's I decided to do it.

Even though it only decreases the chance of getting diseases slightly, it's slightly more than not doing it...

Also, I felt that my child would be embarrased if he did not have it done later and life, and I have talked to friends who had it done when they were like 15 or 16 and it is extremely painful...also not something I want my child to go thru...

 

Not even the same concept... I don't have to IMAGINE anything. I am circumcised and did I / do I have an infection? No...

I got one because I started getting infections in the foreskin. Tbh I wish I got it when I was younger so that I wouldn't remember the pain
