trouble logging in

I am unable log into my account Superman1478. When i was first unable to login i gave up and made this account. I would like to use my old account now.

I have attempted to recover my account using the Lost Password Recovery Form. I enter my email address and receive this message:

I have waited over 24 hours and still have not received the email.

I have contacted all of the administrators by pm, and haven't got much help.

Is there any other way i can recover my old password?

It is a @live.com account, so this must be the problem.

When i posted this in the dispute forum it got no replys and was eventually deleted.

I guess I will try adding an someone on msn.
