Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Well, in my honest opinion mod taken message out of context and placed TWC on my account w/o proper basis. I was super responsive in whole situation and just dealing with well known scammer that knew how to push buttons and avoid solving our issue in a way that would have been fair to both sides. There were multiple attemps from me to tell him that he should try to assist me and he kept lying, manipulating, using really offensive language and that's why I felt like I had to say what I said, I guess I was trying to bluff him into assisting me unlocking account. Anyway, I took full responsibility, refunded him in full as mod said and I feel that being good actor in the space for more than 5+ years, contributing to building sythe a better place I should have not been given TWC for this, still waited a month to comply with rules and now I'm asking for TWC to be removed. I'm sorry, if this out of context message offended someone.
