@Wortel you've been told multiple times to not make reports on accounts inactive for 2+ years.

EDIT: given the recent suggestion, https://www.sythe.org/threads/4167042, I've DNT'd user, since staff will most likely allow reports on inactive sythe accounts for recent off-site offenses. What's recent is yet to be decided - please do not make any similar reports in the meantime.

The infraction has been removed, because even though Wortel was told: "yes, please do not report people who are already banned or have been inactive for more than 2 years", the circumstances were different back then and we didn't specify this scenario. More detailed reasoning was DM'd to Wortel on Discord.
