Don Krypto requesting a pardon for TWC.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

The tl;dr: there was an internal issue between Yirru (manager at the time) and Jaysue (administrator {still is currently}). That had gone on longer then it should have. I was out of town on business and when I came back home the issues and arguments continued and I relieved Yirru of his responsibilities in the elite dm cc. Jaysue also received a fine. I received this TWC as the manor in which Yirru was relieved of his duties was deemed abrupt.
Since then, I have gone ahead and had discussions with each staff member. During those conversations I went over what is to be expected of them in their respective positions. It was stated to them if X where to happen Y would be the consequence, and if repeated or a more serve incident then Z (being relieved of duties) would occur. This way there would be no confusion or abruptness and everyone would be will informed.

I'm not sure if I am able to request a pardon for Jaysue as well. Profile link here : Jaysue But everything I stated above in terms of the changes made in regards to staff management applies to him as well.

My apologies to the staff here for the inconvenience I caused. I have made the appropriate changes to prevent such dilemmas from occurring again. Thank you for your time.
