Need links in my stuff

I have adobe cs3 but can't seem to locate it.


I made my current sig for free on a website. I have both of the images downloaded now.


I am just wondering how do you make it where when you click one of them they will go to a thread?


Vouch thread is done but skilling thread not even made yet.

 

couldnt illustrate codes properly without them messing up, made a pic instead.
