Go to Wal Mart, get a bank account, put the money on it, connect it to the Paypal. That way you can either deposit money, or just go to a local store and buy a 'MoneyPak'. It's not that hard, anyone can do it. I'm 17 and I got one.

Makes no sense for anyone to put their money at risk, for a 1:1 trade, provided that's what you're doing.

-Then find a "Moneypak"

You can buy the Moneypak and fill it with whatever amount of cash you want.

-The go home.. Go to Moneypak.com and click "Paypal"

- Click add funds now and and login to your paypal account and enter the moneypak code!

Easy Easy Easy! Done this many times.
