BuyNsell banned- (ban-ivading)?

Hi, im buynsell im not sure what ban evading really means? i was banned once before on one of my old sythe accounts? (Lukey the nukey) a mod verified the thread that got me banned didnt match my ip, meaning i wasnt repsonsible. I was not going to be unbanned cause no one replyd to the ban dispute i made several times. I enjoy using sythe and was banned for no reason on my old account. I thought i did nothing wrong and got banned for wrong doing? I didnt c a need to wait possibly months for no responce? i made an account i did nothing wrong, now after a few days of being active etc i get banned for nothing? i would appreciate being unbanned?
