New Runescape

You guys remember Runescape at its best time, right? Players have accessibility to Runescape Classic, so why not to when the server when it was a 317? I think players who have played since 2004 or so should be able to play the old Runescape 317. I loved the old Runescape when it was 317, then started losing interest when it became a 508,512,525, and now a 562. Jagex should make a server for when Runescape was 317, just like they made a server for Runescape Classic.

When Runescape was a 317, we could play much more freely. When I say that, I mean:

-No trade limits
-No Grand Exchange
-No Quest determining trade limit
-Old Events (Ex: Tree spirit, rock golem)
-No Wilderness Ditch
-Wilderness Pking
-Full drops
-Dropping
-One boat Pest Control
-Much more

Why not let players experience the 317 server again?

No, no one will play the current RuneScape and it would basically be shit...we would basically start from where we we're and have the shit removed all over again...this was a stupid question.

The #1 thing that Jagex doesn't want to do is increase RWT. That is the reason the did basically everything. No way in hell would they ever reinstate any of those. Freakin bastards....

I woulda loved to have it though, but hey, that's life, gotta follow someones rules.... (Somewhat at least on here)

 

I know they won't ever do it. I don't see why it would matter though, it should be a play at your own risk type of deal. Also, players that only played that long ago should be able to play, so with that kind of experience, people would know if someone is scamming them.

No, if they even did it...basically...we're re-doing the entire cause...it's can't be used at "your own risk".

So many people would go back to the old version, the old version would be the only version on RuneScape that actually mattered, and the entire economy will be in that game...then Jagex will find out...make the same stupid changes and we end up with another few years of cry-babies ranting like crazy.

No, because just like Runecape Classic, your money isn't transfered to your rs2 account. It would work in the same way for the 317 client if they made one.
