Oh god its luke with paypal problems

Hey im back with more paypal problems,because of some virus/malware shit on my comp i cant access paypal on it. So until i get a itouch for my birthday in May im going to be using paypal from my wii. This is why i cant provide screenies of my question. But here it is:

What type of account should i use? i pick the first kind (personal i think),but when i get to choosing my payment what should i do (i dont have a cc or bank account) so what should i pick? or should i use a different kind of a account?

Make a Premier account, as you will be able to both receive and send money. If you did make a Personal account, however, I believe it is simply a single button click to switch it over to premier.

If you have neither a credit card, nor a bank account, then you will be unable to add money until you do so (that is, until you add a bank account, or credit card). You can get around this by following Roy's guide here, or by putting Australia as your country (lying about your location is illegal, however).

 

If you set up a Canadian Preimer account you don't need to verify anything and you have a spending limit.

 

I wont be adding money to the acocunt just sending/recieving. Thank you. I didnt create the account yet so ill be sure to use premier.

By spending limit you mean sending limit?

 

Sorry, I misspoke (mistyped, technically). What I meant to say is that you will be unable to send any money that you have in your account unless you have a CC/Bank Account added to it, or you set the country to Australia/Canada (not too sure about Canada, however). Once you have created a PayPal account, you cannot change the country.

No, a personal account is in your best interest as the fees are MUCH lower. Unless you HAVE to make a canadian paypal (premier) because you cannot verify or lift your sending limits, making a US (assuming you live there) personal account is in your best interest. Also, make sure you use your REAL information, as using fake information only leads to problems later( i have experienced this the hard way). Also if your under eighteen I would recommend creating the account in one of your parents names as PayPal, if any problems arise, check the age(once again I experienced this the hard way), and will close your account.

 

Using Canadian Premiers accounts are the way to go actually. I have used several over the years, new one for each big trade then forwarding to my main.

 

But for a U.S. Account, you need to add a Bank Account/Credit Card in order to be able to send money, and he said earlier in his thread that he is unable to do this. In addition, personal account's cannot receive money, therefore he would be unable to receive money for things that he's bought.

 

He can make one or use his parents, like i said, if he is under 18 he shouldnt be making one unless he wants to run into problems later on.

 

I just need a simple account to make under 5$ transactions?
What are the chances of me being caught lying about my location?

 

As long as there are not a ton of transactions are you should be fine, i was just concerned with you potentially losing larger sums of money.

 

No the thing is ill be running an alching buisness with 1-3$ transactions and buying pins with the money.

So my best bet is making an australian or canadien personal?
