Is it wrong to cheat on my girlfriend?

Not sure, but here's my situation.

I have been dating my girlfriend for about a year in total. We have sex quite often, about 3 times a day when there's no school. She is decent looking, but I could easily do better.

Now there's this sexy ass girl. Like, she is a 10. She wants to have sex with me and she is willing to do it while I am still going out with my girlfriend (one of her best friends Lol.)

Should I just do it and not tell her? Should I do it and tell her? Should I not do it at all?

I mean.. Come on she is sexy... And I could probably have a relationship with her afterward anyway.
