    I keep forgetting the ruling for what's allowed to be reported that's 2+ years older or not, I know it was for off-site reports but I'm not so sure if it applied to ban evaders too. Feel free to dismiss this report should you deem it necessary, though preferably keep the title as it's a match for sure and this could be used as documentation should he ever return.
