First Murder Of 2010?

Apparently some dumb asses fired random bullets on new years to celebrate 2010.

The ironic part....he was in church.

 

Hope they find who did it.

 

Poor kid. Poor family. They need to find the guy asap.

 

This is when the thought comes in. "Is capital punishment necessary in this situation." Does the guy who murdered the child have to be put to death for such a crime?

Depends. If it was in a city or more of a country setting, but he would sure have someone on him for unsafe use of firearms. Possible manslaughter.

It is sad to hear about such a young kid dying for something that stupid. For all we know he could have been a future president. Sad story.
