As for global warming being a myth, there's no evidence to suggest that it's real. Ice caps ARE melting, however, and our resources ARE being depleted. No one can question that as there's solid proof of it.

Saving the planet doesn't refer to preventing the Earth from dying, it refers to maintaining a liveable environment. And the Earth won't be here forever, in a few billion years the Earth will collide with the sun, and be incinerated. But for now, we need to keep it going so we can maintain our race, our history, etc.

 

^ you say there is solid proof but what you dont seem to be getting is that proof no longer exists its been blown out the window majorly not with just that one articly but with many. you base their being global warming on the data that is for it but spoiler alert the data is false and as for the earth always being here that has nothing to do with the article but is simple my thoughts sense the bible says heaven will be on earth and we will live there but thats not what this thread is about so we wont go into that subject

pie4muh: You misunderstood me. There's evidence to suggest that the global temperature is rising, and over a period of time, there's solid evidence to show that each year the temperature is slightly higher. Ice caps ARE melting, winters are shorter, etc.

I never said the global warming scare was true, I said the global temperature is indeed higher, and ice caps are indeed melting. Personally, from some of the research scientists have done, I agree with the whole inbetween ice ages point. But our lifestyle has changed dramatically in the past several decades.

I don't know if you've considered this at all (probably not considering the ignorance of your other posts) but climates change naturally. Just because we're on a cooling trend right now, doesn't mean that adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere is harmless.

This is based on someone screwing up for one month... climate change has been talked about for years which makes you a retard for basing such idiotic beliefs on 1 month of misinterperated data.

Also acid rain is formed by the gases(same ones that do global warming) sent into the atmosphere and those will erode rocks. Just to add abit onto matts arguement.
