Transparent Windows 7 Theme for vista?

I've been looking around for a "Windows 7 Theme" for my Windows Vista OS. I've tried 2, but both are not transparent like the real one. This is what MINE looks like:

I need some help getting the real looking one, all the ones I've tried look like this. And it took me along time to get the one I have now(i'm dumb). Does anyone know where I can get the real one? Please don't past a direct link to it, I want a site or something that can prove to me it's not a virus, I've got to much to lose on this comp.. Someone please help, thanks

Also, you'll be looking for a Windows 7 transformation pack, not a theme. Themes just change the look, transformation packs add mods and stuff.

 

I'm going to assume you have Aero turned on. Simply set a new background and your taskbar will change color to match it.

 

This is a theme, themes can override transparency in Vista. The transparency function in the OS doesn't even work that well, so if this guy wants to achieve the same effect generated in Windows 7 he will need to look in to mods, not just setting changes

Which theme are you using? I suggest the one on www.askvg.com.
