    • Redtube has a warning page. If people are under 18 they won't see any porn.
    • It was in the spam forum for god's sake.
    • He only did it once, (right?) so he should first receive a warning.
    • It wasn't directly posted porn, and it wasn't meant to be harmful.
    • He said the link was changed to youtube anyway.

    Seriously, what the fuck?
    (edit) This would be like banning someone for linking to RSBot.org because they have a porn section.
