Pardon Denied Reason? No Victims

Hi, first I want to know the reason why my pardon was denied? There are no victims

Reason for dnt: Golden007 Account Locked

-First ever scam report in 12 years - resolved - buyer fully refunded - after that received dnt - pardon request denied?!
-No previous disputes
-Member since 2010
-Over 1k+ feedback on eldorado
-In partnership with biggest shops of runescape accounts on sythe
-300$ Donor
-No traces to other accounts or anything else
-No Debts

Second, i've been ignored by @Yoshiki since Feb-07-2022 when scam report was opened against me, I tried contacting him through discord, friends request is still pending Feb-28-2022

On the scam report he was moderating I told "added you on discord" on Feb-09-2022 (no reply from him)

Third, would like to know what I've done wrong? According that I was ignored all the time and there is no logic explanation why my dnt still stands. For that reason I'll leave pool available down here for everyone here so they can judge me if im wrong.

 

I fail to see the correlation to the report and Yoshiki because at the end of the day the result would've been the same with or without his assistance as the accounts were sold with the customers being unaware that you weren't the OO. While you're more than welcome to individually reach out and ask each staff member how they felt about your pardon, staff aren't required to tell you if they supported your pardon or not and why they felt the way that they did. I can assure you that any reason staff has for not wanting to pardon someone is a valid concern/reason. Regardless pardon decisions are final and you will be allowed to request another 3 months from the date of your recent denial. If you have any other questions you're more than welcome to ask anytime.
