In year 2020 we took a big service coming fran GrandXE, service was for 17 accounts, timeframe 2-3 months. Accounts were really hard to train but i thought i had my team back ready from previous mistakes and all back in schedule. We agreed that id have those accounts ready by the time i provided.
At that time, we used to almacenate our information on tickets within our discord server and only a few on excel sheets. We had all 17 accounts noted on there, didnt think that discord bans were a thing back then. Our server got hit by jagex 4-5 times and the information loss was HUGE. I'm so so so sorry for losing not only GrandXE accounts information but many other clients aswell. Took me days and weeks to figure out every single ticket -> information matches to correct our unfortunate ban chain. Lost so much information and clients it was so stressful. Adding up that my team and i contained covid-19, service got delayed again and again, adding up to 2 months late for the 17 accounts i calculated would take me the agreed timeframe.
Half-way through we had 2 accounts banned, decided to refund grandxe some of the payment even though we were protected by our TOS. By being so late i decided to exclude his payment of $600.
At the time of the report there was still a lot missing and i want to appologise again for taking in more than i could chew. I hope that since the time has passed, i could have another try at what i love the most and bring food to the table one again, this last year was not only tough, it was life draining.
I would like to appologise to any of our previous clients, if we did anything wrong, service delay of some sort, im truly sorry, its in no service provider intentions for that to happen, we meant no bad intentions, i understand that we harmed GrandXE timeframe and his own business.
