Thank you for the suggestions. However I dont think they help me much. My computer is new and internet is quite good. My problem isnt lag on RS either.
My problem lies in the connection between the bot and RID servers. I dont want to give out examples, but at times the bot sits there processing it's next move for 1-2 minutes.

On the RID website, it mentions stuff about high ping. If all else fails he also states a server closer to me could be set up incase nothing else works.

Hope to get this sorted soon! I remember how the bot worked like a charm, and would love to get back to that sort of speed

Drahque, stop lying. We all know that it's not possible to get 33 boots in 30 hours. You realize that's more than 1 boot per hour?

Even getting 120 tele points usually takes longer than 1 hour. So stop lying, and stop being an attention whore.

 

^^ seriously.. the bot doesnt work perfectly for me at all. it takes forever do get points in alch and i can do it way faster myself. yes i have all the right settings..

What I said was from the moment I bought the FIRST PAIR OF BOOTS, I did get 33 boots the next less than 30 hours playtime. Look at my calculations, unless ur retard you would understand it.


It's quite simple, just use ur brain.


And the same about the 66 boots on under 100 hours playtime - I also said it the timer starts at the MOMENT I buy the first pair. Seriously, how stupid can u be? Next time you type bullshit like that, atleast read all I said first.

I would also say it would be awesome if we get the possibility to transfer hours from MTA to Smithing, MTA to PC, PC to MTA and Smithing and Smithing to PC and MTA.

Ofcourse there had to be some values such ast 3:5 or however the price differences per hour for the certain bot is, but I think it would also make more custommers.

 

I totally agree with this, I would definately just stock up on a bunch of hours if he released this, but as of now I just buy a few at a time incase I get banned or if I get bored of the skill etc.

 

I can read perfectly fine, the problem is that you can't state things well enough for people to understand it in the first place.
I didn't read your second post where you said the other crap about spending 100's of hours getting everything but enchantment points.. You need to start using the 'edit' button instead of double and even triple posting.

33 boots in 30 hours isn't even something you can call a 'record', because you spent countless more hours getting the 'pre-points' or what ever you want to call it and therefore it took you 100+ hours to get them, and not 30..
If you had stated this in your first post, I wouldn't have brought this up, so stop being an immature dick and behave next time..

 

Robotz, could your bot work on a Mac OS?

I know the they can run .jar files but I'm not sure if your bot would recognize the mouse and other misc. stuff

Try the old classic Ctrl+Alt+Del trick...set Firefox.exe at High Priority and javaw.exe at Realtime? Close any live anti-virus scanners, and unnecessary processes.

Anyone else having troubles with the blacksmithing bot? When mine is set to smelt cannonballs from ores it smelts the bars just fine and when trying to make cannonballs it clicks a steel bar and then at a place on minimap insted of the furnance. I have vista set on 32bit, classic theme, all correct setting in runescape.

 

Did you try restarting the bot? Sometimes before he updated it recently BS would act weird but if I restarted it would be fine.

 

yup have restarted it several times. Strange thing is when i try smelting cannonballs from bars it doesnt work aswell. It withdraws the bars from bank, closes bank window and then stands still...

Btw this is in Neit.. havent tried it in alkharid yet.


EDIT: Nope smelting directly from bars works. Only tried that once before, tried it again now and that works fine. It's smelting from ores something goes wrong. Tried restarting the bot, deleting it and re-downloading. Checked and I have the latest version of it.

When smelting cannonsballs from ore it smelts ores into bars fine, then clicks 1 steel bar and then clicks a spot on the minimap

 

First of all, your giving a ''bit'' much infromation. But hopefully they can't do anything since there is no times for it.


Second of all, FOR FUCK SAKE, I've said H U N D R E D S of times now, try do it seperately - aka KEEP IT SIMPLE, the bot aint rocket science, there can be small mistakes. That's why it's best to do one thing at a time, do it in TWO PARTS, first tell it to smelt the ores for a whole day, and next day make cannonballs. Don't use the tool to smelt cannonballs from ores, there is a much bigger chance for bugs to appear.

And if your bot sometimes doesn't run so smooth - have problems finding out where to click or is slow, THEN TRY TO SUGGEST BRIGHTNESS. I found out it works better with different brightness in different places in MTA, and I bet that also works for the smithing bot.


And last of all, you can always try al-kharid if it doesn't work well in Neitznot. =)

 

Ok dickhead. 1. I'm not an idiot. 2. Smelting directly from ores is alot more efficient and ofcourse I wanna get the most bang for the buck. Al-kharid is also alot slower then neitiznot. And what's so fucking complex about clicking the forge once more after clicking the steel bar? A "perfect" bot like this should very much be able to handle a simple task like that. It probably just is some graphical issue over settings which I might have so I'm just trying to find out what it could be.

If your next reply is just gonna be another rant and telling me more obvious stuff, dont bother.

 

I ordered the bot last night and im having trouble with accounts. I have my paid time on an account, but due to the new namechage service by jagex, my account name and character name aren't the same. When I bot using my character name, when it takes breaks, it tries to log back in using my character name, and fails. When I try to bot using my login name, it will log in correctly, but it won't bot.

Any help? I did email them last night, just waiting for a response.

 

Transer the hours to the name that you login with, then set on the display name the name that is seen when logged into game. Enjoy the bot.

E: Drahque, once again your stupidity takes over, basicly ur whinning about how u want dstones + power ench in together however you "denie" from the smither his ores->bars-> cannonballs, which indeed should work, since that is what he is paying for. Maybe try emailing rid about the problem and sending some high quality screenshots too.

 

Login to the My Robots page and click on transfer hours,
Your screen will look like this, just enter the correct username, and on the right under display name, enter your display name. Then enter the transfer amount, in this case transfer all of your hours.

 

I did that. It still doesn't work. It won't bot my login name, but when I bot my character name it will try to log in using my character name.

 

Follow the instructions I gave you word by word. Ur now having two separate accounts, one with the login name and one with the display name.

Now, follow these steps closely as this is the solution however you kinda missed it or didnt even try as you failed before and tought you would fail again.

1. The name you log in to rs is your actual name that the hours should be on. Now on your head think the name that you use to log into runescape.

2. Transfer all the hours / make sure the hours are under the name that you use to log into runescape.

3. Now you should have only one name on the list that you choose what of the accounts you have, not two. (If there is still two choose the one that you again use to log into runescape). And enter the name that is shown when you log into runescape, and make sure you wrote it right, I'm not sure are they case sensitive but but them exactly as it shows on rs.

And your pretty done.
