Are these some of your first graphics?
The first one isn't bad, but your render doens't really blend with the background. The red doesn't fit on their either.
If your on photoshop, try adding some gradient maps.

Your second one is okay, but I think it needs more effects.
Your last two also neeed some effects (like c4ds).

Blending is your friend.
The text stands out too much as well. Sometimes lowering the opacity on it will make it look tons better.

 

Read some tuts. Definitely read some tuts. You should look in to layer styles and different graphic structures, because right now your art looks like brushes on a canvas with some text and a render. I mean that in the nicest way possible ;[

Oh, and, uhm.. I'm kind of teaching myself. >.< Which is why they're all so mediocre.
